Shipping policy

LEN MUN ships worldwide.

We offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

• Standard Shipping

• Cost: $19

• Estimated delivery time: 7–9 business days

• Carrier: Indonesia Post

 

• Express Shipping

• Cost: $29

• Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days

• Carrier: DHL or FedEx

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status.

TAXES & DUTIES

• For international orders: All orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means that import duties, taxes, and other customs-related charges are not included in the final price at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import fees upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNED PACKAGES

• If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In this case, we can either resend the package (additional shipping fees apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Orders with P.O. box addresses will be canceled.
