Return & Refund Policy
At LEN MUN, we are committed to delivering high-quality garments designed with attention to detail, comfort, and aesthetics. Due to the intimate nature of certain products, our return policy is structured to ensure both hygiene standards and product integrity.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Swimwear and underwear
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Final sale items and gift cards
Swimwear and underwear may only be eligible for return or replacement if they are received defective or incorrect.
Customs Inspection & Packaging
Please note that international shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities. In such cases, packages may be opened and resealed by the relevant authorities during transit. These inspections are beyond our control and do not indicate that the item has been used or previously worn.
We do not consider customs inspection or resealing of packaging to be a valid reason for return or refund, provided the item itself remains unworn and in its original condition.
If you have any concerns upon receiving your order, please contact us and include photos so we can review the situation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lenmun.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Process
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and request details
2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions
3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item (if eligible).
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may request a return within 14 days in accordance with applicable regulations. However, this does not apply to swimwear and underwear due to hygiene restrictions.
